Yet another surgery

Because last night’s surgery was unsuccessful, my teenage son will have his third surgery in a week on Thursday afternoon in yet another attempt to repair a badly broken leg. If this surgery doesn’t turn out better, we could wind up with unrepairable damage affecting him for the rest of his life. We need much prayer. Thanks in advance.

***Oh my goodness! :frowning: ***
He is in my prayers (and you ~ for your strength and hope).
Nothing is impossible with God ~ Keep the faith!

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us, so that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence, submit ourselves to Your Holy Will, which is Love and Mercy itself. Amen

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.

Jesus, Martha and her family have been through so much lately. Please have mercy on them. Jesus, her boy has endured so much since his accident. Please inspire his urgeons to the best possible course to save his leg and his future life.

I am praying that all went well for your son on Thursday, and that he will make a full recovery :gopray:

Here is a prayer that I hope will bring comfort to you and your son:

Jesus, Master Physician of all times,
Your Divinity did not require a Ph.D.
Eagerly, You resurrected the dead,
Restoring the health of the sick.
Be it physical or spiritual torment,
None were a great obstacle to You:
For Your loving power is omnipotent.
I ask for Your abounding healing love;
Maintain my body and soul vigorous
So I may fulfill my daily functions.
The world will be conquered by You,
All afflictions will be dissipated!

So sorry to hear your son is still having difficulties. I am still praying for you.

Lord, look upon Marthagray’s son with eyes of mercy,
may Your healing hand rest upon him,
may Your lifegiving powers flow into every cell of his body
and into the depths of his soul,
cleansing, purifying, restoring him
to wholeness and strength for service in Your Kingdom.
