Your prayer for me in tough times

#1

Hey all, I’d been away from CA forums for a month or so and recently came back. The reason I’ve been away is because I’ve been going through some trials. I’m asking for your prayers so I can get through them. Please pray for God’s strength to reach me during this time. It may be a couple more months before it will let up and right now I’m frazzled.

I have medical, financial and now I think spiritual difficulties going on. I’m not anywhere near a breakdown, but I can see it being possible at some point if I don’t get some strength. I feel so weak in handling this. And now I’m feeling attacked spiritually. I know it has had an effect on my posts since I’ve been back.

I really need as many prayers as you can offer. My appearance here at CA may be sporadic until this lets up, and I thought it would be prudent to ask for your help.

Thanks so much and God Bless,
Snert

Praying for you from today’s Liturgy of the Hours:

Psalm 120 (121)
The guardian of the people

I shall lift my eyes to the hills:
where is my help to come from?
My help will come from the Lord,
who made heaven and earth.

He will not let your foot slip:
he will not doze, your guardian.
Behold, he will not doze or sleep,
the guardian of Israel.

The Lord is your guardian, the Lord is your shade;
he is at your right hand.
By day the sun will not strike you;
nor the moon by night.

The Lord will guard you from all harm;
the Lord will guard your life.
The Lord will guard your coming and your going
both now and for ever.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be,
world without end.
Amen.

You have me standing in the gap praying for your protection during this difficult time for you! I will pray! God loves you and remember that when WE are weak, HE is strong. The battle is not ours to fight, but HIS.
You are not alone!
In Him,

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.
Amen.

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now,

PRAYER TO INFANT JESUS
O Miraculous Infant Jesus, look upon us, as we, turn to you, imploring your assistance in our needs and anxieties. Let your compassionate heart be moved to pity by our supplications and grant us the favour which we ardently implore you. Free us from all afflictions and despair, all trials and misfortunes and give us your support and consolation so that we may praise you and the Father and the Holy Spirit now and for ever, Amen.

Praying very hard for you to overcome your problems!

Thank you so much for all of your prayers! It was getting so bad that I didn’t even want to pray myself because I didn’t believe it was making any difference at all.

I have still been praying, but very short prayers to help me through this and for you all who are so kind to have been here for me.

Thanks be to God!
Snert
